Established in 2002 Sim Attorneys Incorporated provides a full range of Legal Services with specific emphasis on Commercial Law, Competition Law, Litigation, structuring of BEE transactions, Mergers and Acquisitions, Recoveries, Property matters, Tax Law and aspects of Intellectual Property Law.
Our approach to our profession, and the application of the law, is premised on the realisation that successful legal solutions are not based purely upon an understanding of the law but are as a result of clearly understanding and matching the Client’s expectations with the correct legal course of action. Sean has practiced law as a qualified attorney since 1993. He specialises in corporate law with a specific focus on the drafting of agreements, commercial litigation, corporate governance, dispute resolution and tax matters.
